Our instructors are either American Red Cross certified, American Heart Association certified, or both, and experienced in training CPR and first aid. As a result, we are able to offer
high-quality educational training.
Our class curriculum conforms to the most current guidelines. We provide you with the skills necessary to effectively administer CPR and first aid to infants, children and adults. In addition, we offer a menu of skill-boost trainings and add-on options.
Our CPR certification classes are available online only, blended, (online and in person) or instructor-led, which is conducted in-person in a classroom setting and includes all skills sessions needed to gain certification. Whether you are a Babysitter, Fitness Instructor, New Parent, Personal Trainer, or you just want to be prepared to save a life, join us! You will gain the knowledge and skills to respond to cardiac, breathing and first-aid emergencies for Adults, Children, and Infants.
We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) specialized CPR training for healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and medical staff.
We offer online, blended learning, and instructor-led CPR and First-aid learning options for the convenience of you and your employees.
Our CPR training for schools and daycare centers is designed to teach educators and childcare providers how to respond to emergencies involving infants and children.
Designed for those who are at risk for on-the-job exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace. We teach staff how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. After taking this course, students should talk with their employer about their workplace's specific policies and procedures. Those who complete the training receive a Bloodborne Pathogens Training certification valid for one year. Allow 60 minutes to complete the course. $49/person
Designed primarily for youth ages 11 and older, this online course will prepare students to be better babysitters. Topics include how to provide care for infants and children, how to stay safe, what to do in an emergency, how to choose age-appropriate activities and how to recognize and handle a variety of behaviors. Students will also learn the basics of starting a babysitting business. The course consists of six interactive modules featuring video, activities, games and tools babysitters can use to build their knowledge and skills and manage their babysitting business. This course, which includes a final exam at the end, takes about 4 hours. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a printable certificate. $49/person
This course teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to responsibly care for children and infants in and outside of the home. This includes training in leadership, child behavior and discipline, professionalism, safety, basic childcare (bottle feeding, holding, etc.). Learners will be engaged in virtual environments in which animated characters respond specifically to choices made. Throughout, learning is supported through additional activities and informative videos. Note: This program is not intended as certification for state licensed child-care providers and does not meet all state requirements for such certification. $49/person
This online course will teach the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis and how to care for a person having a severe allergic reaction, including how to administer epinephrine using an auto-injector device. The course, which includes video, activities that reinforce key information and a learning assessment, will take approximately 30 minutes. $49/person
First Aid for Severe Trauma (FAST) Online provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to respond to an emergency involving life-threatening bleeding, including how to recognize a life-threatening bleeding emergency, ensure safety and communicate effectively in an emergency, control life-threatening bleeding using direct pressure, a tourniquet, or both. The course is designed to enhance participants' ability to take decisive, lifesaving action until professional responders arrive. This course is not a certification course and results only in a completion certificate. Allow approximately 2 hours. This course does not work on Safari browsers. $49/person
The First Aid for Severe Bleeding Online course will prepare students to recognize severe, life-threatening bleeding emergencies and to take action to stop the flow of blood. Participants will learn how and when to control bleeding by applying a tourniquet and hemostatic dressing. This interactive course includes audio and video and takes approximately 30 minutes. Passing a final quiz is required to complete the course. $49/person
The First Aid for Opioid Overdoses Online course will provide students with the knowledge and confidence needed to respond to a suspected opioid overdose emergency. Participants will learn to identify the signs and symptoms of a suspected opioid overdose and provide the appropriate care based on the person's responsiveness. This course includes information on how to use several different naloxone products -- a nasal atomizer, Narcan and EVZIO -- to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. This interactive course includes audio and video and takes approximately 45 minutes. Passing a final quiz is required to complete the course. $49/person
The Until Help Arrives Online course provides the general public with the basic information on key actions to take during a life-threateningy CPR (no breaths), AED Education, Choking Education, Bleeding (administering direct pressure and tourniquet), and Opioid Overdose (administering naloxone). The Until Help Arrives online course was developed by the American Red Cross and American College of Emergency Physicians. This course is taught online only (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) and does not meet OSHA requirements for workplace certification. If seeking a 2-year Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED digital certificate that is OSHA compliant and meets other workplace and regulatory requirements we recommend enrolling in either an Instructor-led Training or Blended Learning course. $49/person

You will learn to identify the signs and symptoms of asthma and then the appropriate care to provide based on the person's responsiveness. This includes information on how to use appropriate quick-relief medication. $35/person
